We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at BW Lounge and Dining. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and work under pressure.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
