We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at Fine Peace Furry Creek Golf Limited Partnership. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in every dish.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our discerning guests.
- Kitchen Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources and minimizing waste.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we always have the necessary resources to meet demand.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Ensure that our kitchen and work areas are clean, safe, and compliant with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Team Leadership: Foster a positive and productive team environment, providing guidance and support to our kitchen staff to help them achieve their full potential.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume food service environment.
- Language: Fluency in English is essential.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
