Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Great Canadian Gaming Corporation. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food products to the highest standards, while maintaining a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food products according to company standards and recipes
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and healthy environment
  • Receive and store food and supply deliveries, and maintain inventory levels
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve kitchen goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve culinary skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; culinary education an asset
  • Minimum 6 months of culinary experience; food safety certification required
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and statutory holidays
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable and reliable with a demonstrated commitment to service excellence
