Job Title: Personal Care Aide

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to join our team at POK GLOBAL. As a Personal Care Aide, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Support clients with daily living activities, such as feeding, grooming, and mobility assistance.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Assist clients with medication management and administration, as needed.
  • Document client progress and provide regular updates to our team.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic security clearance and criminal record check required.
