Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and watching movies.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, considering clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing high-quality care and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Work Environment

As a Personal Care Aide with POK GLOBAL, you will work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, community centers, and healthcare facilities. You will be required to travel to clients' homes and other locations, using your own vehicle or public transportation.
