Job Title: Personal Care Aide

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to join our team at POK GLOBAL. As a Personal Care Aide, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting their mental and emotional well-being.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and clean environment for clients.
  • Assist clients with medication management, as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Work Environment:

Our clients reside in various locations, including remote areas and rural settings. As a Personal Care Aide, you will be required to travel to these locations, using your own vehicle or public transportation, as needed.

English is the primary language spoken in this role. Fluency in English is required.Hours of Work:
