Job Description

This is a critical role that requires strong navigation skills, excellent customer service, and a keen sense of responsibility. As a Freight Haulage Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and adjusting routes to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions. You will also need to perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, as well as oversee all aspects of vehicle maintenance.

You will be working with various vehicles and equipment, including refrigerated units and tractor-trailers. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating with central dispatch and relaying important information in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a valid Class 1 or A Driver's License and at least 2 years of experience in truck driving. You should also possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

A driver's validity license check, criminal record check, drug test, and medical exam will be required prior to employment. You should also have a valid passport and basic security clearance.

Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also have access to health benefits, disability benefits, and a group insurance plan.
