Food Service Team Lead

At Taco Time, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Training and Development: Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their experience at Taco Time is positive and memorable.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators, maintaining accurate records of our operations.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
