  • Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
  • Supervise Delivery: Oversee the delivery of food trolleys and ensure timely and efficient service to our customers.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
