Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Gangnam Street Food. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective meal preparation and service.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to meet meal preparation needs.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards of quality and safety.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
- Tray Assembly and Delivery: Supervise and check the assembly and delivery of food trays.
- Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to meet operational needs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
