Food Service Team Lead

A Food Fair is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and food quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service operations.
- Supervise Staff: Lead and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
- Prepare Budgets and Reports: Develop and submit detailed budgets and reports to management, highlighting areas for improvement and cost savings opportunities.
- Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, ensuring their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Maintain Records: Accurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
- Supervise Delivery: Oversee the delivery of food trolleys and ensure they are stocked and ready for service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
