We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Nordik Spa-Nature. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our various products and services to our guests, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and driving sales.

About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of Nordik Spa-Nature, interacting with guests, answering their questions, and providing personalized recommendations. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies, and collaborate with our spa staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inform guests about Nordik Spa-Nature's various services, products, and experiences
  • Identify customer needs and recognize sales opportunities
  • Open and close the kiosk, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment
  • Sell gift certificates and related products, meeting sales targets
  • Perform all other related tasks, as assigned by the Marketing Manager

Requirements

  • High school diploma; an asset
  • Experience in sales and customer service; bilingualism essential (English and French)
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent oral communication skills, with a positive, professional, and collaborative attitude
  • Punctuality and reliability, with the ability to work standing up for long hours
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
