About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at 12965003 Canada inc. as a Sales Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the display of merchandise.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of products and services to provide informed advice to customers.
  • Process customer transactions, including handling cash, credit card, and debit payments.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
