**What we want**

Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, the Kiosk Supervisor's mission is to ensure the smooth operation of Nordik Spa-Nature's kiosks and temporary boutique in Ottawa and Gatineau (Les Promenades, Rideau, Bayshore, St-Laurent) for the holiday season. His/her main objective is to plan the needs of each location and to provide the necessary resources to accomplish the tasks of the Sales Representatives for the Christmas campaign.

**What you will do**
- Periodically train and coach sales associates on;
- Scheduling and daily activities;
- Assist the manager in managing inventories, orders and cash register balancing;
- Be a resource person for the attendants (complaints and special requests);
- Manage unforeseen events and emergencies;
- Ensure that scripts are followed to meet the different needs of our guests;
- Prepare various reports;
- Ensure the complete management of the sales cycle: taking needs and closing sales;
- Perform all other related tasks.

**Profile required**
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Bilingualism essential (English and French);
- Minimum of one year of team management experience; an asset
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience;
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent employee management and leadership skills;
- Very good organizational skills, as well as a great work ethic;
- Be available and able to move quickly in the different points of sale;
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Versatility, thoroughness and autonomy;
**Salary**

According to the salary scale in effect plus benefits related to Nordik Spa-Nature.

**Work schedule**
- Full-time
- Flexible schedule - Days, evenings and weekends
- Available from October 28th = to December 31st, 2024 with the possibility of joining the Nordik Spa-Nature team in Chelsea after your contract at the kiosks depending on your performance and operational needs.
