**What we want**

Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the smooth operation of one of Nordik Spa-Nature's temporary kiosks in Ottawa and/or Gatineau during the holiday season. His/her main objective is to meet guests' needs in order to promote the spa's various products and services, and thus generate sales.

**What you'll do**
- Inform guests about Nordik Spa-Nature's various services, products and experiences;
- Identify customer needs;
- Recognize and create sales opportunities;
- Open and close the kiosk;
- Sell gift certificates and related products;
- Perform all other related tasks.

**Profile required**:

- High school diploma; an asset
- Experience in sales and customer service;
- Bilingualism essential depending on kiosk location (English and French);
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint);
- Excellent oral communication skills;
- Positive, professional and collaborative attitude;
- Punctuality and reliability;
- Ability to work standing up for long hours;
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.

**Salary**:
According to current salary scale plus benefits related to Nordik Spa-Nature.

**Booth bonus**:
At the end of your contract, you will be eligible for two (2) to four (4) spa experience gift certificates depending on your status (valid for one year following their date of issue).

**Location**:
Promenades Gatineau - Rideau Center - Bayshore Center - St-Laurent Center - Ottawa Christmas Market

**Work schedule**:

- Part time (16 hours minimum per week)

Flexible schedule - days, evenings, weekends

Available from November 13th to December 29th, 2024 with the possibility of joining the Nordik Spa-Nature team in Chelsea after your kiosk contract, depending on your performance and operational needs.
- _Paid training will take place at the beginning of November:_
- Session in English: 2nd and 3rd of November
- Session in French: 9th and 10th of November
