We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Earls Yaletown. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
  • Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • English as the primary language of communication.
