Job Title: Spa ReceptionistWe are seeking a highly organized and friendly Spa Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Greeting and Directing Clients: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate service areas, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Providing Information: Provide basic information to clients and the public, including answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ordering Supplies: Order office supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked and organized front desk area.
- Recording and Relaying Information: Record and relay information to clients and staff, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Scheduling and Confirming Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Maintaining Work Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date work records, including client information and appointment schedules.
- Receiving and Issuing Payments: Receive and issue payments to clients, ensuring accurate and secure transactions.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical duties, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as answering telephone calls and relaying messages.
- Calculating Billing Charges: Calculate billing charges accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely and secure payment processing.
- Providing Directory Assistance: Provide directory assistance to clients and the public, including answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Relaying Service to Persons with Disabilities: Relay service to persons with disabilities, ensuring equal access and opportunity for all clients.
- Providing Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all clients.
- Performing Receptionist Duties: Perform various receptionist duties, including answering telephone calls, relaying messages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
