About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Makeup Artist to join our team at The Pink Spa Inc. As a Makeup Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality makeup applications to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized makeup consultations to clients to determine their makeup needs and preferences.
  • Apply makeup to clients using a variety of techniques and products to achieve a natural, flawless look.
  • Sell makeup products to clients, including recommending products that suit their skin type and tone.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members in makeup techniques and product knowledge.
  • Perform receptionist duties, including answering phones, managing appointments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate in Makeup Artistry or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
