We are seeking a skilled and experienced Makeup Artist to join our team at The Pink Spa Inc. As a Makeup Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality makeup applications to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide general information to customers on beauty products, advise on beauty products suited to customers' colouring and skin type, and offer personalized recommendations to enhance their beauty experience.
- Makeup Applications: Apply makeup on customers, ensuring a flawless and natural finish that meets their expectations.
- Sales and Merchandising: Sell establishment products, including makeup, skincare, and haircare items, and promote our brand to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Supervise apprentices/students in training, provide guidance and support to ensure their success, and work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform receptionist duties, book appointments, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
- Education: A Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the beauty industry is preferred.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, dependability, and a client-focused approach are essential for success in this role.
