Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and driving strategic collaborations that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, secure, and nurture partnerships that enhance our product offerings, drive customer acquisition, and accelerate our growth in the financial services industry and beyond.
- Coordinate efforts with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to drive the execution of our partner strategies.
- Implement robust tracking and monitoring systems to analyze the performance of partnerships.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and internal teams.
Requirements
- Extensive background in business development, partnerships, or growth marketing within the SaaS or financial services industry, with a proven track record of driving growth in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess opportunities, measure outcomes, and pivot strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Proven success in driving activity, pipeline development, and meeting quotas.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, capable of concurrently managing multiple partnerships and projects.
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly, with preferred experience in B2B SaaS tools and banking infrastructure.
- Strong connections in banking technology, data vendors, and financial services industries.

- A competitive salary range of $140,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
