About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head of Strategic Partnerships to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and driving strategic collaborations that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively research and identify potential partners, including technology providers, consulting firms, and financial institutions.
  • Implement robust tracking and monitoring systems to analyze the performance of partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and revenue through partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and internal teams.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the business to ensure alignment with our overall goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Extensive background in business development, partnerships, or growth marketing within the SaaS or financial services industry, with a proven track record of driving growth in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess opportunities, measure outcomes, and pivot strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, capable of concurrently managing multiple partnerships and projects.
  • Ability to learn technical concepts quickly, with preferred experience in B2B SaaS tools and banking infrastructure.
  • Strong connections in banking technology, data vendors, and financial services industries.

  • US base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
