Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Roof Hound Brewing Co. Limited. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to optimize kitchen efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Develop and implement new recipes that showcase our brewery's unique flavors and ingredients.
  • Train and supervise a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of menu items and exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events, such as banquets and private parties.
  • Work closely with our brew team to create innovative beer-pairing menus and promotions.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop engaging content and promotions that showcase our culinary offerings.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform demanding kitchen tasks.
  • Dependability, efficiency, and a strong work ethic.
