Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional food quality.
  • Food Cost Management: Analyze and manage food costs to ensure they are within budget and meet our company's financial goals.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of food and supplies to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet our culinary needs.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all food served meets our high standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
