The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as recording and preparing minutes of meetings and seminars. Additionally, they will determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer telephone calls and relay messages. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and accuracy. The role requires 1 year to less than 2 years of experience and is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
