About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a pharmacist with strong leadership skills, experience in managing pharmacy operations, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operational, regulatory, and professional services activities of the pharmacy meet the highest standards.

The role involves managing a team of approximately 2-3 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and relationships with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
  • Licence to practice as a pharmacist in Canada.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing pharmacy operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Maintaining Continuing Education Requirement for Provincial licensure.
