**Medical Clinic at Southpointe** has an exciting new opportunity for **Family** **Physicians** to join our clinic in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta.

The Medical Clinic at Southpoint has a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians, including family physicians, nurse practitioners, RMTs, etc, who work together towards optimized patient care.

For our veteran population, the clinic collaborates with local, provincial, and national programs dedicated to those who have served our country. We have worked hard to establish successful working relationships with these partner organizations, which makes caring for patients and their families more efficient and effective. The collaboration with partner organizations allows us to continue to provide support to individuals and their families.

The clinic in Fort Saskatchewan, AB is the perfect opportunity for both recent grads and experienced Family Physicians to set up a practice in a supportive environment with plenty of resources to build your practice the way you want it. We offer low overhead costs due to a small management structure. The focus of the clinic is on patient care, not expensive management and admin fees. Additionally, we offer very competitive remuneration packages, that include a generous split (80/20) and potential equity ownership. Fort Saskatchewan is small town living with all the amenities of urban life. Furthermore, your clinical work is well connected to community specialist care, including General Surgery, OBGYN, Psychiatry, Hospital Care Team, and Emergency Medicine. **About the Role**
- Easily fill 40-45 appointments per day, or 20-25 per half day.
- Choose your panel size from our waitlist that is already 1500 long.
- Choose to work specifically with veterans or the general population.
- Flexibility to create the practice of your dreams. We support your niche area within Family Medicine, like walk-in, MSK, sports med, psychiatry/mental health, chronic disease management, diabetes, women's health, prenatal care, etc.
- Flexible evening and weekend shifts.
- Average earnings between $350k-$550k CAD depending on how many patients seen.
- Equity ownership through a Share program.
- Flexibility, mentorship for new Family Physicians, a positive working environment, competitive billing.

**Requirements**:
Domestic:

- Licensed and registered with the College of Family Physicians of Canada

International:

- A commitment to long term relocation to Canada for at least a 2-year contract
- Must be eligible for license and registration with the College of Family Physicians of Canada
- Only applicants who have completed their GP / Family Medicine training in either the UK (with CCT and MRCGP), Ireland (with MICGP), the U.S (with American Board of Family Medicine) or Australasia (with FRACGP) can be considered.
