Job Title: Senior Team Leader/Assistant Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Team Leader/Assistant Manager to join our team at Manulife. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the team's day-to-day operations, ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, and guiding fellow leaders in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage team leaders and serve as a liaison for the Operations Manager
- Review team performance and provide corrective action plans – perform 1:1 coaching, provide support, motivation, and development of staff
- Assist immediate supervisor in coordinating team resources, monitoring team activities, and preparing reports
- Assist in conducting a regular training needs analysis for personal and professional development of the staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree holders are welcome to apply
- At least three (3) years of senior team leader background, with experience in handling peers/other team leaders
- Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)
- Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:
- Experience in handling a high volume and/or financial account in a BPO or shared services company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
