Payroll & HR Coordinator

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Payroll & HR Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support to the HR department.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll Management: Process full-cycle payroll, reconcile payroll sub-ledgers, and remit payroll taxes and governmental reports.
- Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
- HR Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing HR documents, updating internal databases, and performing ad-hoc duties as required.
- Education: Post-secondary education in payroll or HR is preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of full-cycle payroll experience, with a strong background in payroll processing and administration.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
