The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in construction management, with a strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and personnel management. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. The salary for this position is estimated at $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Responsibilities- Budget Management: Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, plan and manage budgets, and direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions.
- Schedule Coordination: Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress.
- Staff Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
