Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations in Transportation, Warehousing, and Logistics, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability
  • Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance
  • Oversee budgets, financial performance, and KPIs to ensure operational efficiency
  • Cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
  • Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in services and processes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally within the Transportation, Warehousing, or Logistics industry
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards is an asset
