Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at TYCHO POLY INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

You will also be responsible for arranging for maintenance and repair work, resolving work problems, providing technical advice, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.

In addition, you will train workers in duties and policies, arrange training for staff, conduct performance reviews, co-ordinate, assign and review work, requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies, organize and maintain inventory, establish work schedules and procedures, and plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies

Working Conditions

This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week. You will work under pressure, have tight deadlines, and require attention to detail.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range between $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our dynamic organization.
