Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing the distribution of inventory across North America.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders
  • Generate transfer orders and create Open Order Reports
  • Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and manufacturing teams to address stock requests and resolve discrepancies
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
