About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Cashier to join our team at Atiya's Fresh Farm Inc. as a key member of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and coordinate the activities of sales staff to ensure seamless customer service and efficient sales processes.
  • Authorize Payments and Returns: Verify and approve customer payments and returns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service, promote products, and meet sales targets.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring stock is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Work Setting: Retail business environment with a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Supervision: 11-15 people.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check required.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.
