Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cashier to join our team at Nova Era Bakery & Pastry X Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cash handling processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and mentor our sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to handle customer transactions and provide excellent service.
  • Cash Handling and Management: Oversee the management of cash, including counting and reconciling cash drawers, and ensuring that all cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage merchandise, including authorizing returns and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring that all staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues that may arise and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data and provide reports to management, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
