Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at The Pit Stop C-Store & Gas Bar Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives.
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of store staff to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
