Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Merchandise and Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom management.
- Sales and Customer Service: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize returns, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
