Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign Sales Team Members to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to our sales team members to ensure that our store is always running smoothly.
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop our sales team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Authorize Returns: Process returns and exchanges in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their experience.
  • Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional customer service and sell our products to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform our business decisions.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their experience.
  • Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that our store is always stocked with a wide range of products.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team members to ensure that our store is always running smoothly.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
