Job Title: User Experience Partner

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced User Experience Partner to join our team in Montreal. As a User Experience Partner, you will play a key role in cultivating an engaging user experience for our tenants, ensuring that our properties meet the highest standards of service and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management of all users, dealing with day-to-day questions and concerns, including billing issues, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), vendor purchase orders (PO), lease administration, user requests, service amenities, and telecommunications.
  • Maintain, track, and report on service contracts and fee schedules.
  • Manage parking processes, including parking agreements, maintain tracker, ensuring compliance, and resolving issues.
  • Provide accurate and timely AR and AP reporting.
  • Assist with the development of asset plans.
  • Assist with the coordination of Allied's ESG initiatives.
  • Assist with the day-to-day management of properties and coordination of vendor work.
  • Liaise with Technical Services team members to ensure user concerns are addressed in a timely manner and service levels are maintained.
  • Collaborate on user appreciation ideas and events, waste reduction initiatives, and tenant survey requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all users, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Build strong relationships with users through regular interactions and Allied's User Engagement Program.
  • Ensure timely completion of all property-related information requests and filing.
  • Assist during emergencies and keep emergency plans up to date.
  • Assist Property teams with user-focused communications, projects, and programs.
  • Embody and support Allied's safety and security program.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience.
  • Previous Yardi experience an asset.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and people skills, including a proven ability to build relationships.
  • Strong computer skills with excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player attitude.
