Key Responsibilities:- Manage all user-related inquiries and concerns, including billing issues, accounts receivable, and lease administration.
- Maintain and track service contracts and fee schedules.
- Oversee parking processes, including agreements and compliance.
- Provide accurate and timely accounts receivable and payable reporting.
- Assist in the development of asset plans.
- Support the coordination of Allied's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day property operations and coordinate vendor work.
- Liaise with Technical Services team members to ensure user concerns are addressed.
- Collaborate on user appreciation initiatives and tenant surveys.
- Provide exceptional customer service to users, vendors, and colleagues.
- Build strong relationships with users through regular interactions and Allied's User Engagement Program.
- Ensure timely completion of property-related information requests and filing.
- Assist during emergencies and maintain emergency plans.
- Support Property teams with user-focused communications, projects, and programs.
- Embody and support Allied's safety and security program.
- At least 2 years' experience in customer service, hospitality, or administration.
- Previous Yardi experience is an asset.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication and people skills.
- Strong computer skills with excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player attitude.
