Job Title: User Experience Partner

At Allied Properties REIT, we are seeking a highly skilled User Experience Partner to join our team in Montreal. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in cultivating an engaging user experience for our tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all user-related inquiries and concerns, including billing issues, accounts receivable, and lease administration.
  • Maintain and track service contracts and fee schedules.
  • Oversee parking processes, including agreements and compliance.
  • Provide accurate and timely accounts receivable and payable reporting.
  • Assist in the development of asset plans.
  • Support the coordination of Allied's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.
  • Manage day-to-day property operations and coordinate vendor work.
  • Liaise with Technical Services team members to ensure user concerns are addressed.
  • Collaborate on user appreciation ideas and events, waste reduction initiatives, and tenant survey requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to users, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Build strong relationships with users through regular interactions and Allied's User Engagement Program.
  • Ensure timely completion of property-related information requests and filing.
  • Assist during emergencies and maintain emergency plans.
  • Support Property teams with user-focused communications, projects, and programs.
  • Embody and support Allied's safety and security program.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience.
  • Previous Yardi experience is an asset.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and people skills.
  • Strong computer skills with excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player attitude.
