Job Summary

Ameresco Canada Inc. is a leading cleantech integrator and renewable energy asset developer seeking a Chief Sustainability Officer, Asset Development to join our team in Toronto, Canada.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement successful strategies to increase software deployment activities and ensure annual goals are attained
  • Oversee financial reporting and administration of business operations
  • Aid in the development, management, and reporting of business measurements, standards, and procedures: Management and reporting of financial KPIs addressing business growth; Performance measurement for practice areas; Standardization of pricing policy (software and advisory services)
  • Facilitate risk assessment meetings with stakeholders, aligning practice areas through project charters
  • Optimize service margins and drive peak operational performance
  • Establish and refine metrics/KPIs for project managers and directors to measure performance of individual projects with roll-up to practice areas
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree; advanced education preferred (MBA)
  • Minimum 10 years senior management and leadership experience cultivating, securing, and implementing multi-million-dollar software and advisory service engagements
  • Superior financial planning, budgeting, and organizational resource management abilities
  • Excellent verbal, written, technical communication, and presentation skills required
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and business relationships
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
  • Travel required
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, Ameresco offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement savings plan and paid time off.
