Salt and Light Catholic Media Foundation is seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization in its mission to proclaim Jesus Christ and the joy of the Gospel to the world.
About the RoleThe Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the organization, ensuring its financial stability and sustainability, and advancing its mission and goals. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and mission-driven executive to make a significant impact on the Roman Catholic faith and the world.
Key Responsibilities- Provide executive leadership and direction to the organization, ensuring alignment with its mission and goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the organization's mission and goals.
- Ensure the financial stability and sustainability of the organization, including managing budgets and resources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, staff, and external partners.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Ensure the organization meets all legal and statutory requirements, including those related to broadcasting and media.
- Roman Catholic faith and commitment to the organization's mission.
- Proven experience as a CEO or Executive Director of a non-profit organization.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective plans.
- Financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets and resources.
- Experience in broadcasting and media, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
