We are currently sourcing for a Senior Project Manager position on a 12-month contract within Client Services and Implementations, responsible for onboarding clients to the bank and deposit products and payment services.
The successful candidate will have experience working with both business and technology, in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and be prepared to lead complex initiatives focused on client journeys and optimization in new client onboarding and account opening.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Main Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, interacting daily with technology partners (in-house and vendors)
Coordinate across stakeholders, including senior management and C-level executives, throughout the full project life cycle
Drive project and scope definition, completion of standard project management artifacts, and vendor assessments
Support impacted stakeholders and assist in plan and estimation of projects, including roadmaps and backlog
Identify and document risks and issues, including supporting mitigation and contingency plans
