About Buildots

Buildots is revolutionizing traditional construction sites with innovative hard hat cameras, providing contractors with a 'control center' for detailed project views and critical data. This helps clients save time and increase margins.

We partner with leading construction companies across the UK, Europe, and the US, proving technology can improve construction project delivery.

About the Role

As a Site Optimization Specialist, you'll implement groundbreaking capabilities on construction projects to ensure successful customer delivery. Your focus will be on maximizing project efficiency, user adoption, and business expansion within key accounts.

You'll set up and onboard new projects, drive product adoption, and work closely with our technical team to ensure accurate project data. You'll also provide critical information to product managers, user stories, and wins to account teams to support successful expansion within key accounts.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic advisory services to maximize customers' adoption, implementation, and ROI from Buildots across multiple construction projects.
  • Lead relationships with key champions, ensuring they feel supported by Buildots while being the customer voice among internal delivery teams.
  • Efficiently handle onboarding of new users, driving seamless adoption of the technology, including training on-site users on how to use the system effectively.
  • Gather insights from data and system usage on projects and feedback to the product team to influence the product roadmap and features.
  • Work with the customer success team to shape and refine delivery for clients using expert knowledge, creating and updating playbooks to ensure ongoing legacy of Customer Success Delivery.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience as a construction professional, preferably site-based (e.g., Project Manager, Superintendent, Project Engineer, Project Controller).
  • At least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing, B2B role (Sales, Business Development, Customer Success), ideally within the software industry.
  • Comfortable with change management, ability to learn from successes and failures to find better strategies and solutions, ability to effectively escalate to management when needed.
  • Proven stakeholder management and networking skills, with examples of working with senior positions alongside junior team members within your customer base.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment handling multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail with best-in-class service delivery results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms to clients.
