Job Title: Customer Service Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team at AYN Immigration Services Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on our services.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Work Environment:

This is a hybrid work arrangement with a mix of remote and in-office work.
