**Job Title:** Category Manager - Retail

We are seeking a highly skilled Category Manager - Retail to join our team at Genesis Exotic Market Inc.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff members
  • Manage inventory, sales, and customer service
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Manage cash, inventory, and payroll
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement

**Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical capabilities: combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, and handling heavy loads
  • Personal suitability: accurate, client-focused, efficient, flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player

**Work Conditions:
