Pike Sheet Metal Ltd is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in a permanent position. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, directing and controlling daily operations, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Or equivalent experience
