About the Role:

Pike Sheet Metal Ltd is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, directing and controlling daily operations, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
