Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at BC LTD. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are available.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects, such as event planning, data entry, and research.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Office, electronic mail, and excellent oral communication skills.
