Molson Coors Beverage Company, a leading global brewer, is seeking an experienced Category and Insights Leader to join its elite team in Toronto. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth and deliver category insights to customers.

As a Category and Insights Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing category strategies that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and preferences, identify trends and opportunities, and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in category management, with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in consumer packaged goods or direct store delivery industries. You will be an entrepreneur at heart, with a love for taking the initiative and leading projects that add value to the sales team and customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing category strategies that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Identifying trends and opportunities, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions
  • Developing and maintaining excellent business relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Providing regular performance reporting and tracking, measuring, and communicating results

The salary for this role is estimated to be in the range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
